Terms of Service for Secure Home Deal Office

Welcome to Secure Home Deal Office. These Terms of Service outline the rights and responsibilities regarding our legal support services, information materials, and goods offered at securehomedeal.info. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services
Secure Home Deal Office provides professional guidance and support for real estate purchase matters, including document review, negotiation assistance, and representation in relevant proceedings. All service arrangements must be confirmed via our scheduling system. Fees and scope of each service are detailed in the service agreement.
3. Information Products
Information products refer to digital guides, templates, and educational materials related to property acquisition. Access is granted upon full payment of applicable fees. Usage is strictly for personal or corporate reference and may not be redistributed.
4. Goods
Goods include any printed manuals, promotional items, or other physical products provided by Secure Home Deal Office. Availability is subject to stock levels, and delivery will be made to the address specified in your order.
5. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments for services must be arranged through our booking interface. If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance via our contact form. Rescheduling requests received within the 72-hour window may incur additional fees or be treated as cancellations, depending on availability.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Services
Cancellations for service appointments made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for full reimbursement of paid fees, processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior will receive a 50% reimbursement, as preparation work may have commenced. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement, due to resource allocation and staffing commitments.
Rescheduling is available at no extra charge if requested at least 72 hours prior. Requests within 24 to 72 hours may incur a 20% fee. No changes can be made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
6.2 Information Products
Requests to cancel or withdraw access to information products must be made within 14 calendar days of access, provided that no downloads or views beyond the initial preview have occurred. Approved requests will result in a reimbursement processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Once use or download is confirmed, all sales are final, as digital content cannot be retrieved.
6.3 Goods
Physical goods may be shipped back within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for shipping back goods. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipped-back goods, a reimbursement will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Payment Methods
Secure Home Deal Office accepts major card payments and bank transfers. All fees are due in full prior to the commencement of services, delivery of digital products, or shipment of goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Secure Home Deal Office are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Home Deal Office shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, products, or goods. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid by you under these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bern, Switzerland.
